And through the investigation of Xinjiang pastoral settlements living environment satisfaction, the satisfaction theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, evaluates the existing settled herdsmen living environment satisfaction, the conclusions that the herdsmen of existing residential environment satisfaction is low, the settlements facilities construction is the main cause of satisfaction is not high, this paper proposes some with the countermeasure and suggestion to the overall level of the construction of settlements.
