Electric power, as the pillar industry of our national economy, directly related to the various aspects of beneficial to the people’s livelihood. County level power supply enterprises as the most basic organizations of the State Grid Corporation of China, is a direct service window to users, and the ultimate outlet of power supply chain. The degree of risk and risk control ability are concerned problems of not only power supply enterprises, but also the whole society.After years of exploration and development, county level power supply enterprises have a qualitative leap in the power grid, the equipment and personal safety risk control ability. Along with the daily serious shortage of disposable energy of our country, solar energy, wind energy, tidal energy and other kinds of renewable clean energy gradually into the grid. The above DG (Distributed Generation) is often scattered on the load side of the distribution network, the capacity from kilowatts to tens of megawatts, no doubt it brings new risks to the safety of the power supply enterprises.This article uses basic theory and method of risk management, to research the risk management work of country level power supply enterprises with DG. This article aims to analysis the risk source in each link such as transmission, power supplying, scheduling, marketing and production, by introducing the new features of the safe production of DG in the State Grid Corporation of China, Ningbo Beilun power supply company at the present stage. And as well identify and assess these risks, to propose concrete application and implementation method of risk management theories in enterprise practice under the new situation. This article provides reference of safety management of county level power supply enterprises, and support of essential safety of enterprises.
