Research On The Space Development Suitability Evaluation In Shenbei In Shenyang Based On The MCE

Regional development direction of suitability evaluation is a scientific industrial layout, the preparation of the basic premise of regional planning. In regional planning, industry layout problems mainly focus on industry functional partition and regional development direction to choose two aspects. Shenbei as the northern important urban development space in the north new district of Shenyang, is the new industrialization demonstration zone of the Shenyang economic zone, it is the bridgehead of Shenyang economic zone radiation northeast Asia. As the revitalization of the old industrial base in northeast and accelerating the pace of construction of Shenyang economic zone, urban spatial expansion is the most direct performance of future land use change in Shenyang. But the resulting space problem of regional development, regional development timing problems and contradictions in the development process of land and other issues, so we chose Shenbei, the typical place, as the research case.This study integrated use of GIS and RS technology, by analyzing the problems existing in China’s economic and social development, taking Shenbei for example, to explore the path of regional planning idea of "unity of three rules of practice. The article is divided into five parts:The first part illustrates the research background and research significance of this study. By analyzing the problems existing in China’s economic and social development, like the urban spatial expansion, city function division of directivity is unknown, put forward the necessity of research on the regional development suitability evaluation.The second part summarizes the development trends of comprehensive system for regional development suitability direction choice for domestic and foreign related research. Summed up the instructive experience in related research on regional suitability assessment.The third part focuses on the key technical problems of county spatial development function division, mainly includes the establishment of GIS database, based on the road of space development and function division, etc.The fourth part researchs the suitability evaluation of space development direction of each functional area in Shenbei. Based on the analysis and evaluation of the status quo and the future development strategy and related regional planning in Shenbei, we determine the impact factor. Combining with the multi-criteria evaluation(MCE) to determine direction, provided the best solution and a reference for policy planning for the city development.The fifth part summarizes the result of the space development and suitability analysis, points out the innovation points, deficiency and research prospects of the article.
