Tourism Environment Carrying Capacity

Domestic tourism environmental capacity problem increasingly prominent, more and more scholars attach importation to study this theory. However, tourism environmental capacity research should not only for traditional famous scenic spot, but for emerging scenic spot which to plan the tourism environmental capacity ahead of time can promote the sustainable development of scenic spots. So tourism environmental capacity planning becomes an important role of the tourism development planning. In this paper, the Panjin wetland tourism environmental capacity will be study from two aspects of theory and application. Theoretically speaking, the author takes other scholars’ results as reference. In the aspect of application, this article puts forward the early warning and control measures for Panjin wetland tourism capacity. There are five parts in this paper as follows.The introduction is the first part, this part mainly introduces the background and the significance of tourism environmental capacity, and review on the research review abroad and domestic. According to the time for the order, this paper introduces the research on the process of tourism environmental capacity theory application and development, and introduces the domestic basic facts and recent situation. And according to the current documents summarize the characteristics of domestic empirical research, to point out the shortcomings of domestic research.The second part focuses on the theory of tourism environmental capacity. To introduce the theoretical foundation of the tourism environmental capacity development. To summarize the existing definitions. Tourism environmental capacity can be divided into ecology, resource, psychology, society and economic development, these five basic capacities will be explained one after another and concluded the formula.The third part analyzes the Panjin wetland tourism development conditions and policy guidance, and analyzes Panjin development present situation from location, transportation, natural environment, social and economic, then comprehensively introduces the advantages of the tourism in Panjin wetland tourist area.The fourth part introduces from these five aspects of space psychology, resource, ecology, society and economic development. To evaluate and calculate the Panjin wetland tourism environmental capacity from these five aspects, then according to the law of minimum factor to limit its tourism capacity.The fifth part puts forward several early warnings and control measures according to the current situation of Panjin wetland tourism environmental capacity, including economic regulation, policy regulation, publicity and education regulation and to enhance the weak areas development, and analyzes the merit and demerit of different kinds of controlling measures.
