The thesis think that the integration of the current company online financial information module and the original module is very important to the company, which is the key way to strengthen data link connection, reduce the financial operating costs and improve financial management efficiency. Then the thesis discusses the related problems in the constructing the financial ERP information system combining the current situation of informatization and ERP system construction in A company, and then introduces the financial information system of each subsystem operation and design to discuss the related steps and problems in the construction of the specific financial information system. Finally, combing the actual situation of A company, based on the shortcomings of current ERP financial process, the thesis studies the process optimization of the implementation of some financial business process, and provides some guidance and help for the construction and the implementation of ERP financial module, then with the standard of optimized financial business process as the premise, proposes some related suggestions on the A company on-line ERP financial management module, in order to offer some reference for the similar enterprises in solving the problems of the weak awareness, the lack of enterprise cash flow and cost control, and makes some solutions by the financial informationization method.
