Study On Agricultural Land Abandonment In The Context Of New Urbanization

The 18 communist party of China clearly stated that China should adopt the "people-oriented" as the core of the new urbanization for the first time, New urbanization require coordinating urban and rural development,without sacrificing agriculture and food, ecology and environment,and focus on food security, protect the interests of farmers.This is not only make more urgent requirements on solving the problem of abandoned agricultural land,at the same time,to solve the problem of abandoned agricultural land should be turned into the background of the new urbanization.Also we should inheritance "people-oriented" as the core concept into the countermeasures in abandoned agricultural land,and implement the new requirements of urbanization development.This article is in the background of the new urbanization to analyze the agricultural land abandonment situation,and in the latest national policy context as an opportunity,study the factors that influence the agricultural land abandonment issues under the background of the new urbanization,and make related recommendations.In this study, we choose Dean Xian Jinangxi Province as a typical case,by the way of field surveys and visits to analyze land abandonment status、features、reasons and national policies under the background of the new urbanization.Finally provides data and material support for this study.This study is launched from the following aspects:(1)The chapter one is Introduction,Focuses on explaining the research’s background、significance、literature review、research methods and innovation and shortcomings of this article.(2)The second chapter describes the concepts involved in this paper and relevant theories of rural land abandonment.Provide theoretical support for the research behind.(3)The third chapter mainly use relevant data to present and analyze the current situation of abandoned agricultural land.include survey area’s status,Also on the basis of the status analyzes the new features of the agricultural land abandonment in the context of new urbanization.(4)The fourth chapter probes the reasons of agricultural land abandonment in the context of new urbanization on the basis of chapter two and chapter three,and through questionnaire survey to gain insight into the cause of abandoned agricultural land.(5)The fifth chapter makes measures on abandoned agricultural land on the basis ofchapter three and chapter four.(6)The sixth chapter summary conclusions.
