As the connection between traditional television and internet devices,internet set-top boxes are going to hundreds of thousands of families.As a household entertainment terminal,the status of traditional TV has changed.Internet box with massive resources and multi-functional services has become a new generation of entertainment devices.The entering of Internet genes for family living room has provided new imagination for new business forms.The TV screen which has hundreds of thousands of family users,has become the new front of flow and entrance dispute.TV Taobao designed by Alibaba Group is a shopping application for family users.The aim of this application is to provide the best TV shopping experience for family users,to continue the dominance of e-business of Alibaba on television,then to create a new traffic platform for businesses,providing more opportunities for brand display and merchandise turnover.As an important part of TV Taobao, "Mojian Seckill" is undertaking the task of entering the living room of Alibaba’s e-business.Up to now, "Mojian Seckill" has operated for more than four monthes,mainly to meet user’s needs for low-priced goods. However, there are lots of deficiency on daily operations,thematic planning and marketing.High flow and low conversion are also the main problems of "Mojian Seckill".Based on the above issues,this plan will put forward a revised operational plan for "Mojian Seckill" on product optimization,platform building and brand shaping,in order to enhance the influence and conversion of "Mojian Seckill".The first chapter will introduces the background of planning, goals and ideas,mainly to elaborate the significance of the topic and methods of planning. The second chapter will make macro analysis on the development of internet television and e-business on TV,While making micro analysis on TV Taobao and seckill.The third chapter will describes the present situation and problems of "Mojian Seckill".The fourth chapter will comprehensively elaborate the revised operational plan for "Mojian Seckill".The fifth chapter will briefly describe the assessment system and dimensions of impact.The last chapter will do some reflection and summary on the present plan.
