With the development of Internet and mobile Internet technology,people’s life has been connected with the Internet everywhere.Internet and mobile Internet products occupy the majority of people’s life.Almost every scene of urban life can be completed through corresponding applications.However,the development of agricultural Internet products and applications in China is relatively slow.However,with the implementation of the national Internet plus policy and rural strategy,agricultural Internet has become a new focus.In the Internet era,it can be said that those who gain users will gain the world.To enable an Internet product to be developed,tested,applied and popularized,what is needed is the operation and constant polishing of the product to achieve the desired effect.Therefore,the operation strategy of a product is particularly important.In this paper,taking the product life cycle theory combined with AARRR theory as the instruction,systematically to Feng Rui Nong Company independent research and development of Internet products-Feng Rui Nong APP operation is analyzed,and combining the product operation present situation,analyzes the Feng Rui Nong phone APP in the guest,promotion user activity,user retained and user communication problems,and then find out the problems form the internal reasons,is weak due to their own operations,a guest mode is single,poor user operation and activities,and then put forward to solve the problems that exists in targeted solutions,It provides theoretical basis for product operation optimization of Feng Rui Nong Company,and also provides reference for similar companies to improve product operation ability.
