The knowledge economy era and inevitably cause the rapid development of high and new technology, in the background, human resources will become the primary factor of promoting economic operation. Both the academic concepts in the field of continuous innovation, and applied in the field of high and new technology research, human resources capital occupies proportion is rising over the physical capital, so as to continuously promote the growth of enterprise value. Enterprises in the management of compensation is the enterprise human resources management of each link is key to a problem, the enterprise can have a reasonable and practical compensation management system, can improve enterprise’s external competitive ability in market activity, and the daily operation and long-term development of the enterprise can bring far-reaching influence. Science, advanced salary management system, able to adapt to the enterprise survival environment, and improve enterprise employees’ job satisfaction,to cultivate employees work engagement, finally for the enterprise to create a can stimulate staff’s work enthusiasm, attracting talent, talent environment of long-term stability.As China’s economy maintaining high growth rate per year, plastic mold manufacturing industry is faced with fierce competition environment. The essential points of the business competition is human resource competition, if enterprises want to remain competitive, requires attention to human resource management is the key.Theory combined with practice, this paper according to the current lack of staff’s work enthusiasm, facing the company high-level managers, the key positions and grass-roots posts made a questionnaire survey, and visit the similar enterprises,through the analysis concluded that the reasons of the poor staff’s work enthusiasm,and give relevant solution, hope to be able to help to the company.This research mainly has four parts. The first chapter is the introduction to the content of the paper industry background, market environment, this paper expounds the main research purpose of the paper, at the same time, days of relevant references,the research content and research methods were summarized; The second chapter title is YC company compensation management present situation, the content of this chapter is mainly to Qingdao YC company related introduction, chapter detailed introduces the YC company’s internal and external operating condition, the organizational structure of the company, the company’s human resources management present situation and some other conditions. At the same time, the second chapter to the YC company in business management is facing the biggest problem, thecompany’s existing human resources management compensation management system has a lot of disadvantages, directly affect the staff’s working enthusiasm and employee’s career planning; The content of the third chapter is the diagnosis and analysis of YC company compensation management system, this chapter mainly studies the YC company human resource management problem source, and the analysis of various key points for certain.
