Analysis Of The Effect Of Undertaking Industrial Transfer In Jiangxi Province

Industrial transfer is the economic behavior that transfer the industry from a country(region) to another country(region),which is the inevitable result of economic development.Along with the fourth wave of industrial transfer is going deeper,our country undertakes the industrial transfer and inter-regional transfer of industry becomes more and more frequently, which attracts more and more attention.Most of industrial transfer is due to the growth of the cost of productive factor, such as the cost of the capital and labor, leading to the industry were transferred from the region where don’t have the comparative advantage any more to anther region where still has.Industrial transfer brings about the positive effects to upgrade the structure of industrial for both places transferred out and into.To the place transferred into which economic development is at a low level,industrial transfer can accelerate regional economic development,optimize the industrial structure and narrow the regional gap.However,the places where transferred into will have problems with more energy consumption,pollution, low value added by the undertaking of industry,it will also bring about negative effects.As gradual promotion for rise of central China,Jiangxi province,as one of the six provinces in central China,has the comparative advantage to undertake he industrial transfer,and it has made some achievements.At the same time,undertaking the transfer of industries has also brought about negative effects on Jiangxi province.This paper takes the industrial transfer as the starting research point and analyses the effects of the industrial transfer of Jiangxi by the quantitative method.Firstly,the paper reviews Jiangxi’s overview on undertaking industry transfer home and abroad in recent years.Secondly,it established an econometric model to study the impacts on Jiangxi Province from the perspective of industrial structure,regional economic development,industrial innovation,the ecological environment and other aspects of industrial transfer according to the data from 1994 to 2013, and it also studied the impact on industrial structure.The results of the study show that what Jiangxi province undertakes increase the proportion of the second industry in Jiangxi Province,but decrease the proportion of the third industry.Through undertaking industrial transfer,Jiangxi province has increased the proportion of the second industry which promote Jiangxi province from a big agricultural province to a large industrial province,and accelerate the industrialization in the short term.And it follows the rule of the evolution of industrial structure.However, with the continued rising of the proportion of the second industry,the third industry has not been developed enough,which does not conform to the law of industry structure in the long run.It can not optimize the structure of the industrial,and it may lead to the imbalance of industrial structure in Jiangxi province.Finally,according to the negative impact of industrial transfer,this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to undertake industrial effectively.
