Research On The Negative Impact Of Rural Labor Transfer On Modern Agriculture In China

Since the reform and opening up,the agricultural in China has made remarkable achievements:the level of agricultural modernization has been steadily improved,and the status of agriculture has been further strengthened.However,the development of modern agriculture in China is still facing some problems.On the one hand,with the large-scale rural labor flowing to cities and towns,the number and structure of rural labor resources in China have undergone great changes.The rural labor are under-educated,and the problem of aging and feminization is serious,which have caused the lack of power for modern agriculture development.On the other hand,compared with the developed countries,China's agricultural modernization level is lower,and the agricultural modernization is still a short plate of“four modernizations synchronization" development.Therefore,it is the key to solve“three rural issues"-agriculture,farmers and rural areas issues by promoting the development of modern agriculture and improving the development level of modern agriculture in China.First of all,this paper defines the concepts of transfer of rural labor and modern agriculture and so on and analyzes the status of rural labor resources and the status of rural labor flow and the influencing factors.According to the characteristics of rural labor flow in China,this paper forecasts the trend of rural labor flow boldly and regards the cities and small towns as the main destination for the future of transfer of rural labor,laying the foundation for the analysis of the whole contents.Secondly,based on the definition of modern agriculture,this paper uses the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,attempting to analyze the negative influence of transfer of rural labor on modern agriculture.In particular,this paper puts forward and demonstrates the negative impacts of transfer of rural labor on the protection of the ecological environment of modern agriculture?This paper draws a conclusion that the adverse impact of transfer of rural labor adds to the negative impact to the management and protection of agricultural ecological environment and agricultural production development,mainly in reducing the labor supply of agricultural production gradient,increasing the difficulties of popularization and application of agricultural science and technology,reducing the efficiency of land use and land intensive,hindering the process of agriculture industrialization management,and going against green ideas popularization and green agricultural technology application etc.Finally,in view of the negative impact of rural labor transfer on modern agriculture,this paper puts forward to policy recommendations for overcoming the negative influences of modern agriculture in China including increasing investment in human resources,establishing and improving the unified urban and rural labor market,accelerating the cultivation of new agricultural management subject;innovating the channels for increasing the income of farmers;forming a favorable atmosphere for young people to come into the countryside for employment and entrepreneurship.
