The rapid development of China’s pharmaceutical industry has provided a broad space for the growth of contract research organization, in recent10years, the number, amount and scale of local clinical research organization have been growing.T pharmaceutical company is one of the biggest local strongest contract research organization, as the company’s business development, T pharmaceutical companies need to change the human resource management mode.Job analysis is called the cornerstone of human resource management, personnel recruitment and selection, training, performance evaluation, salary, benefits and staff of the foundation of career planning.So T pharmaceutical company leadership decided to practice job analysis for the managers in medical department.This paper based on the research of the job analysis theory and literature, combined with the present situation and problems of T pharmaceutical company, according to the job analysis process, studied in project manager and clinical research manager Information collection and sorting through the existing work, using the working log method, observation method, interview method, after the preparation of the job analysis, investigation stage, analysis stage and completion stage, solve the problems in the job analysis.Finally after repeated discussion and revision, form the project manager and clinical research manager job description, and carry on the analysis of the experience summary, points out that the significance of job analysis T pharmaceutical companies. In the research process, summarized the contract research organization analysis of work experience, and growing local contract research organization to provide certain guidance and reference for the job analysis.
