With the further advance of economic globalization, the communication between countries becomes more and more frequent, and more and more areas of communication is not limited to the physical meaning of the merchandise,political, economic, cultural, services, information, and population has gradually become the context of globalization, while the same time, with the tide of globalization, countries and regions wouldn’t change their inherent cultural habits or habits of custom.when multinational companies to enter the target country market, the policy impact of cultural differences has gradually become a multinational problems they have to face.This paper mainly studies from Malaysia which the past several decades more frequent contacts with China and the investment from Chinese enterprises in a more optimistic outlook of. This paper also sum up some experience through studying a series of multinational activities of the Chinese company in Malaysia,to explain what kind of problem the enterprises under the background of cultural differences will have to face and to get the enlightenments of cross cultural management at last.Unlike the cultural differences between china with American or Europe or Japanese are often mentioned, Malaysian culture is more typical and niche, so before writing this paper formally, first of all I collected some information of special local culture and customs through books,newspapers,the Internet and other medias. But the complexity of the Malaysian culture determines the paper can not cover everything,this paper mainly start from cultural differences of religion, education, customs and rituals, and several other aspects.Considering the plan of the"Marine Silk Road Planning",the prospects of cooperation between China and Malaysia will be more extensive,so I think the study of cross cultural management from the point of the economic activities that Chinese enterprises carry out in Malaysia will be more forward-looking and novelty. The first chapter describes the background and significance of the research, and introduces the related research achievements of scholars at home and abroad, and puts forward the method and content of research papers and the surface in this paper to solve the problem.The second chapter mainly introduces the business culture and cross-cultural management related theory, and introduces the cross culture management in the current situation and characteristics of domestic enterprises, for the next Chinese enterprises in Malaysia the cross culture management research to pave the way. In the third chapter, from the five aspects of history, religion, ethnicity, customs and language I introduced Malaysia cultural characteristics, and I focuses on the cultural differences for the impact of Chinese enterprises in Malaysia from three aspects include the investment and management, business negotiation, and personnel management with the case analysis. In the fourth chapter, I first introduce the present status and future of Chinese enterprises in Malaysia Economic and trade activities, and through the SWOT analysis of Chinese enterprises in Malaysia’s business opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages. The fifth chapter is based on the analysis of the third chapter, this paper draws the three aspects of the methodology..
