The enterprise’s social responsibility eoneerned with people’s refleetion onthe social issues which are brought out in the economic evelopment in today`sword,and are in conflicition with the sustaining,rapid and healthy developmentof social economy,such as child labor,the disparity between the rich and thepoor,and conflict between labor and recorses,environment pollution.It is aredefinition of the traditional enterprise, its action and goal,human being’s newunderstanding of social development,and the due responibility of building up aharmonious society.For the present,the private enterprise has made greatcontribution to the economic development.To enhance its development has beenwidely recognzed,however its role as taking social responsibility is far frombeing satisfactory.And such lack of social responsibility brings about negativeaffect on sociaty,and becomes an obstacle to the development of privateenterprise as well as influences the operating efficiency and order of the wholemarket economy.In recent years,the enterprises exposed by the news mediabring people crisis of social moral sense,so research of corporate socialresponsibility has important practical significance.Our country is rich in traditional collectivism. Exploring private enterprise’ social responsibility from the point of collective is in line with China’straditional culture, but also in line with the socialist nature of China’s nationalconditions. From collectivism the pursuit of corporate profits， increasingproductivity, improving employee benefits and other internal value of theenterprise,as well as corporate taxes, protecting the environment, complyingwith state laws, the establishment of charity, are included in the value whatsocialist enterprise should inside. It provides theoretical support forestablishment of corporate ethics.To China’s private enterprises, top priority is to walking out of an error ofmanagement and ideological understanding, recognizing current situation, andclarify the problem of the social responsibility. Carry out the enterprise ethicsmoral education within the enterprise. Treat collectivism values, honest andtrustworthy principle, and benefit unified principle as a important aspect ofenterprise cultural construction. The whole society provide a sound environmentfor enterprises to fulfill social responsibility. Only by involving the basic ethicalcare into the basic values, and ethical norms into corporate plan, the value ofresponsibility legal could be ingrained in everyday decision. There are fourlevels in social responsibility, followed progressively and as pyramid-type. Thelowest is legal responsibility, then upper is economic responsibility, ethicalresponsibility, and the philanthropic responsibility is at the highest level. Theyoften used to describe the responsibilities to stakeholders by a variety ofcorporate strategy.The core of the article is how to improve the level of private enterprise ethics and practice corporate social responsibility. Anyhow in theaspect of system, culture, concept and practice of parallel development, toprovide multidimensional corporate social responsibility environment for theprivate enterprise.
