Corporate Social Responsibility And Management Ethics Research

The enterprise management ethics is the inner demand of the managing practice activities of the enterprises. It is a special moral phenomenon. The social responsibility of the enterprise is the core ration of the enterprise management ethics. Showing respect for the nurture of the consciousness of the social responsibility of the enterprise in the construction of enterprise management ethics will help the enterprise to handle the various beneficial relationship better, to promote its core competence, and to improve its managing efficiency. From the experience in and abroad, all countries have paid great tuitions in the aspect of enterprise management ethics and endured a difficult process of development. Every phase of the development left us a series of questionsthat is worth considering. Especially great disagreement exists in the field of how enterprise should carry out the responsibility for the society. The gap between our construction of the enterprise ethics and those of other countries is now become the obstacle of our competing in the global environment and our free development. Therefore, facing the problem of our enterprise management problems, strengthen the responsibility consciousness of the enterprise and reform the ration of the enterprise management ethics are the necessities. The thesis is divided into three parts. First, from the source and concept of the social responsibility of the enterprise, we introduce the SA8000 system of the social responsibility, analyze the mode of the social responsibility, discuss the social responsibility of the enterprise which is the core ration of the management ethics, and point out the appearance and danger that the deficiency of the responsibility would bring. Second, discuss the content of the social responsibility of the enterprise and the relative relationship between the beneficial parties; point out the social responsibility will promote the core competence of the enterprise. Last but not least, analyze the running system of the enterprise management ethics and try to discuss the construction of the enterprise management ethics in our country under the circumstance of the economic globalization.
