If the enterprise’s spare parts reserve istoo small, which will affect the timely supply of spare parts, may lead to loss ofenterprises of great economic benefit. But the enterprise has the service parts not themore the better.If the enterprise excessive reserves of spare parts, spare parts storage willresult in high cost, corporate liquidity decreases affect the enterprise normal productionoperation, weaken the market competitiveness of the enterprise. Therefore, it has veryimportant significance for scientific and reasonable management of spare parts. How tomeet the normal needs under the premise of spare parts reserve spare parts reasonablebut occupy the enterprise more liquidity is the main topic for research in spare partsmanagement.The lacks of strategy of spare parts management science appears in most of thedomestic small and medium enterprises. The mode of general electronic manufacturing inventory management is simple, essentially managing warehouse and inventory numberwithout planning, not to mention the equilibrium inventory levels. If we can combine theenterprise past service consumption data, using the research methods of the scientificsystem to forecast the future consumption trend of spare parts, the construction of spareparts will be more reasonable.In this paper, combined with the characteristics of electronic manufacturing industryenterprise’s and the flow of spare parts management, we explore the problems of theservice parts inventory management, and put forward the corresponding improvementscheme. The research process is divided into three steps. the first step: using the ABCclassification and CoV. analysis to classify the electronic manufacturing enterpriseservice spare parts. the second step: construct demand forecasting model with spare partsclassification results; the third step: according to the result of spare parts classificationand the demand forecasting, use EOQ batch ordering method, Min.&Max. minimum-maximum value of inventory management strategy and material requirements planningcombined to improve the operational efficiency.The fifth chapter is the example analysis, use the constructed model to study thecase of QC company service parts inventory management through collecting the data andselecting the typical service parts. Calculations show that the predicted results is similarto the actual results, the model has application value.So far, the number of studying on service parts management is rising.But most ofthe studies focused on the spare parts classification, establishing supply chain from theangle of information management mode, less to research on the demand forecast of spare parts management. This paper will solve the real problem, closely connected with theactual situation, which has the certain actual reference value. |
