Agricultural is the fundamental and crucial industry of China. Agricultural production is closely related to the country’s development as well as people’s lives. However, on the basis of Chinese basic national conditions, which are China’s large population, rare per capital arable land, and shortage of resources of reserve cultivated land, research on effectively use of the land resources experienced increasing numbers. Moreover, getting more ecological benefits from the limited land resources became the focus of academic research. This is what sustainable development theory calls for as well as the sign of social advance. Taking Jinjing town in Changsha county, Hunan Province as the sample region, this paper carried on field observation, investigation and analysis concerning to the production ecosystem function, carbon sequestration oxygen release function, soil-keeping function, air-purifying function, chemical fertilizer and pesticide pollution loss of four main products in the sample region: paddy fields, tea plantations, vegetable fields, and vineyards. The result can be seen as follows.Firstly, Jinjing town in Changsha county the farmland ecosystem existing eco-economic benefit analysis results show that:the net benefit of eco-economic of tea plantations ecosystem is83796228.40yuan, which the positive benefit is84758381.75yuan, and the negative is962153.35yuan; The paddy field is106934069.20yuan,115532528.96yuan is the positive net benefit and8598459.76yuan is the negative; The vegetable field’s net benefit is83218294.14yuan, the positive net benefit is85463271.98yuan and the negative is2244977.84yuan; The vineyard is42018817.12yuan, which the positive is42555666.91yuan, and the negative is536849.79yuan.Secondly, Of the four test units area farmland ecosystem eco-economic benefits of pure comparative analysis results showed that:79519yuan/ha/year in tea plantation’s ecosystem;11383yuan/ha/year in ecosystem of paddy field;43043yuan/ha/year in vegetable garden; and85222yuan/ha/year in vineyard. Thus, the order of the ecosystem of the four farmland’s unit area pure eco-economic benefits is:vineyard> tea plantation> vegetable garden> paddy field. According to the eco-economic total benefits of units area, the order is: the tea plantation’s ecosystem>the ecosystem of vineyards> the ecosystem of vegetable garden> paddy fields’ ecosystem. Thirdly, from the breadth of the regional, eco-economic and sustainable development’s perspective, if Jinjing town wants to have economic development while achieve better ecological benefits, it is necessary to have appropriate adjustment and optimization of existing planting structure, that is:decreasing the paddy planting area appropriately on the basis of guaranteed minimum grain demand; increasing tea and grape plantation’s planting area which has suitable soil conditions and environment on the basis of no more than the highest demand of tea and grape; Meanwhile, adjusting and improving the fertilizer and pesticide solution according to vegetables’ feature and choosing more green manure and biological control to reduce the pollution of chemical fertilizers and pesticides; Moreover, using STH as the grape planting to reduce the loss of soil in vineyards as well as increasing eco-economic benefits of the vineyard.
