The Research On The Status And Development Of Raising Fish In Paddy Field In Yunnan Province

As the modern technology is applied widely in agricultural production, the fertilizer and pesticide are invested more and more. However, the agro-ecological environment is degenerating, while agricultural products containing pesticides residue is increasing. That threatens human health directly, so that safe, nutrient, healthy and green agricultural products are born at the right moment. As the traditional ecological cropping-breeding mode, if raise fish in paddy field, the application of chemical agents will be reduced significantly, such as pesticide and fertilizer. The agro-ecological environment is protected effectively by that way, enabling that the agricultural products produced through raising fish in paddy field is safe relatively. On the other hand, the use ratio and output capacity of paddy fields are also improved, promoting a harmonious development between production of fishery and agriculture and environment, as well as playing a strategic role in increasing income for fishers, and stabilizing the food production.First, this article describes the background and meaning about the implementation of raising fish in paddy field. And then discuss some other things about it, including concept, conversion philosophy of energy, economics, ecology and social benefit, based on the relevant research summaries written by experts and scholars at home and abroad. Afterwards, this article points out that Yunnan province owns advantageous natural conditions to develop raising fish in paddy field through studying on the development history of raising fish in paddy field in Yunnan province. What’s more, this article finds that the relevant industrial development in Yunnan has exists some issues, after comparing and analyzing the developed provinces of raising fish in paddy field in China, the areas’situation in Yunnan province, as well as the recent industrial history in Yunnan. The issues include:1. The government does not pay high attention to it, and not invest enough funds on it; 2. Non-standard cultivation technique and low engineering level; 3. Great developmental difference among areas, low industrialization level; 4. Bad fingerling quality, and single-variety aquaculture species; 5. Farmers have weak commodity consciousness, the marketing channels are sluggish. For this reason, this article comes up with countermeasure and suggestion for raising fish in paddy field in Yunnan, that include:improve attention, enhance leadership, increase the investment; improve the management, depend on science and technology, propel engineering; make overall planning and all-round consideration, support important ones, form development scale; adjust measures to local conditions, self-fertile fry, enrich the species; change idea, keep up with demands, build brand.Finally, the author indicates the innovative and deficient parts of this article in conclusion, and proposes that we should strive to develop green economy and ecological agriculture. Meanwhile, the author also makes expectation about how to develop ecological agriculture and how to promote the coordinated development between ecological and traditional agriculture.
