Of The Appproaches To The Development Of Key Town

Key Town is in the connecting position between cities and villages, and its superior location, faster development, stronger comprehensive strength make the Key Town plays a leading role to the development of the surrounding rural areas and towns. The development of Key Town directly affects the construction of small towns as well as the improvement of the rural areas’ economy, society, culture and environment, etc. Careful attention paid to the construction of the Key Town means the key part of the construction of socialism new countryside has been grasped, and the balance between urban and rural development has been kept. This study analyzes related literature and data of the Key Town’s construction and development, and takes Liushahe in Ningxiang as an example, discusses the general path of Key town’s development. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors on each development path, the thesis put forward relevant standard and index system, and then in view of the current situation of the development of Liushahe, with reference to relevant index system, this thesis uses comparative analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the Key Town Liushahe, and further proposes the specific path of Liushahe’s development of. The results of the research show that(1) The development paths of a Key Town are:certain population size, good economic foundation, reasonable land use, more perfect infrastructure, a certain level of employment. Through induction and analysis of data, the thesis puts forward the index of each factor for the construction of Key Town, and build development path graph(2) Based on summarizing the general development experience of Key Town, the thesis is mainly focused on the special development path of Liushahe. Meanwhile, the comparative method is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Liushahe. Its advantages are: reasonable population scale, good economic base, perfect infrastructure, rich industry of local characteristic. Its disadvantages:Insufficient economic aggregate, the level of social undertakings development is need to be upgrade, underemployment, conditionality of local dialects.(3) From the advantages and disadvantages of Liushahe’s development, the thesis summed up the new path of development, namely, to adhere to the general development path of Key Town, meanwhile, the disadvantages in the process of development should be avoided, thus the advantages can be completely be shown, then gradually make up and change the development disadvantages(4) As a Key Town, The special paths of Liushahe’s development can be as follows: regional harmonious development—optimize industrial structure—build flower pig industry—perfect supporting facilities—realize urban and rural integration.(5) By investigation, visits, consulting and summarizing a series of research, this thesis points out that the construction of Key Town needs to conform to the overall requirements of construction and development, to achieve national specific provisions for the development of Key Town, at the same time, suitable development path needs to be designed in accordance with the to create a reality to development of local characteristics.
