Study On Developing Strategy Of Shenfu New Town Whichtransformed From Development Zone

Under the background of economic globalization、rapid urbanization and industrialization, the development construction of the development zone in our country has entered the stage of transformation and upgrading according to the experience of international city construction and industrial development. Transition from development zone to new town has already appeared. This thesis investigates the correlation theory and the practical experience of the transition from development zone to new town, and studies the existing problems in the transformation of development zone and the new town construction in our country. It is of great theoretical and practical significance in guiding the further urban construction.The paper starts from the analysis of the connotation of development zone and new town, in-depth study of the correlate theories of new town’s construction, then gives empirical analysis and summarized experience from new town’s construction at home and abroad and the connotation of domestic development zone.
