| China is a large Agricultural country, so the root of its domestic economic problems is the issue concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers.And how to resolve the problem has been a difficulty and hot spot of domestic scholars’ study.At the present stage, as an important part of the domestic financial system,rural finance play a crucial role in domestic rural economics.Currently,China is promoting the development and construction of the new socialist countryside vigorously,however, most of the financial services in rural areas shows a serious imbalance between the supply and demand situation, so establishing a stable and efficient rural financial service system is the key point of solve the above problem,to meeting the needs of the domestic rural economic development and promote the adjustment of structures in rural areas, for solving the "three rural" issue more effectively and advancing the domestic economy’ development fast, stable and sustainable.Firstly,the paper reviews and summaries the rural finance research of domestic and abroad, and sorts out the related theories of the rural financial service system, such as the the related theories of service of supply and demand and financial developments, so as to supply the theoretical basis for the further study. Secondly, studies on the status of rural financial service system in Hengyang, as a starting point to explore the major existing problems in the rural financial service system of Hengyang city and analyze the reasons. Finally, the paper draws on the development experience in rural financial service system, for put forward to recommendations for promote the development of the rural financial service system in Hengyang,with three innovative ways as follow:the innovations of the rural financial service organizations of Hengyang city, the improvement of the rural financial institutions’ tissue function of Hengyang city and the innovations of rural financial products and services of Hengyang city. |
