Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has developed rapidly andpeople’s living standards has greatly improved,after30years of efforts,China becomesthe world’s second-largest economies,making the remarkable achievement.However,along with economic growth, the income disparity is widening and the incomedistribution imbalance seriously.Imbalance between regions, urban and rural graduallyrevealed, the resulting conflicts of interest between the rich and the poor class isintensified, social effective demand is insufficient, the consumption structure is out ofbalance, social credit is missing…These problems are becoming more and moreserious and have a negative impact on constructing the harmonious society.Therefore,narrowing the urban-rural income disparity and improving the income imbalancebetween regions are still practical problems which China must face and solve.Changes about the income disparity of China constantly ups and downs, butoverall performance continuously rised in the spiral and dynamic change trend.Theueban-rural disparity has a affect on the urban-rural residents’ consumption andsavings, if residents income level is higher, its consumption and savings is higheraccordingly.This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the urban-rural incomedisparity.In addition.Comparing with the urban-rural income desparity betweenprovinces, finding that the income desparity of the three biggest provinces wasfollowed by YunNan Province, GuiZhou Province and Tibet AutonomousRegion;From the point of view of spatial distribution, most of China’s urban-ruralincome desparity comparing with the national trend have synchronization;Comparedwith the regional perspective, the income desparity of backward areas in thesouthwest and northwest of China is the largest, and it is minimal in east China andnorth China regions.Finally, for narrowing the income desparity and improving the unbalancedincome between regions,we put forward the following countermeasures: balancing urban and rural development, promoting social justice, promoting the urbanizationprocess scientifically, optimizing the industrial structure, increasing the support topoor areas and strengthening the distribution of secondary regulating function and soon.
