With the rapid development of information technology and the mobile Internet era coming, based on large data, cloud computing and mobile e-commerce and other emerging technologies and new business model really to subvert the traditional mode of enterprise management; Tencent, Baidu, Ali as the advocates of Internet thinking and new business forms, have profound impact on the whole IT industry and the entrepreneurs in IT fields.Faced with increasingly complex and volatile business environment, IT enterprise how to analyze the internal and external development environment, the formulation of strategic positioning, suitable for enterprise development goals and implementation plan, guide the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and innovation, is a new subject that is very worth studying and exploring.GS company was founded in1996is a Hainan local IT enterprises, whether from the enterprise composed of shareholders and employees, or business structure and development process is a good sample, the research on the development strategy of GS company is a typical example.Development status of the IT industry firstly from the analysis of the domestic and Hainan, it is pointed out that the main internal and external development environment of GS company is facing, analysis of the enterprise development of resource enterprises including personnel, technology and customer etc., combined with the existing enterprise strategic research results and theoretical methods, focuses on the importance of the resource of enterprise development strategy environment based on the market environment.Based on the analysis of SWOT in the enterprise, starting from the top design, gives the GS company including technical direction, market direction, development mode, management mode of enterprise strategic positioning as the main indicators and targets, finally considering listed the implementation suggestion of some strategies of differentiation strategy, capital strategy, brand strategy and human resources strategy and strategic theory.This paper mainly includes five parts, namely introduction, the strategic environment analysis, strategic positioning and strategic goals. implementation scheme and conclusion.
