China’s banking industry continuing to use the thought and mode of planned economy in cash management has led to high operation cost, low management efficiency and huge risk. Cash is special goods, but its inventory control and distribution have significant impact on business activities. On the basis of this, a research about cash logistics management of commercial banks to improve the performance and service of bank by modern logistics theory and methods is made.First of all, the theory of cash circulation is analyzed. In order to make a comparison among the months in fluctuation, eight channels about cash issue and withdraw are analyzed. And the structural, regional, and seasonal characteristics of MO are described to propose the importance of commercial banks’cash assets management and the problem about cash logistics management. Then, a theory research about cash inventory control is made. The relationship between profitability index, liquidity and cash inventory is illustrated, and an empirical study is conducted. By making safety stock, reorder point and EOQ, cash inventory is controlled. In the empirical study, the forecasting about four cash-withdraw channels and six cash-issue channels are built on the ARIMA model. The rout of escort vehicle is a key of cash distribution. On the basis of cash distribution theory and escort modes comparison, escort rout problem is defined as Dynamic Network Vehicle Routing Problems (DNVRP). After building the mathematical model with the randomness of road network and customer satisfaction index, and suggest solving the mode by genetic algorithm, the result of escort vehicle rout under different traffic intensity and network fluctuation parameters is got finally.
