As a factor of production, labor resource affects GDP at a certain extent. The current structure of labor isn’t in the best configuration state. There are many problems now such as graduate can’t find job and enterprise can’t find suitable staff. It’s a big waste of our labor resource. So, it has important significance to deploy the labor resource legitimately, improve the efficiency of labor configuration and adjust the distribution among the three industries.At first, this paper summarizes the research scholars of labor allocation and summed up the classical method of calculating labor allocation. The research ideas of this paper is on the basis of above.Secondly, with more than10years of statistical data, I make a preliminary analysis on the structure of the labor in China. Then try to identify the existing problems of its distribution and outlines the trend and characteristics of labor migration.Thirdly, Using Cobb-Douglas production function, index method and labor elasticity calculates the efficiency of labor configuration. I try to find the reason of its inefficiency by calculation, then gives some suggestions which includes labor properties to improve its efficiency.Finally, with analysis of the previous sections, give suggestions to optimize efficiency of labor resource allocation.This paper uses qualitative and quantitative methods and combines empirical analysis and normative analysis to study Chinese labor structure from macro to micro. I hope it can be a reference for subsequent researchers. |
