The third chapter to guarantee financing of the demand and supply of rural land is analyzed, the demand side,including the general farmers and some plant and rise large, suppliers is to point tosome of the formal and informal financial institutions, in addition to the intermediaryrole in the middle of the real right financing company for analysis. The fourth chaptermainly introduces the current has carried out land benefit guarantee financing mode,and analyzes the Lishu county of Jilin province’s pilot. The fifth chapter discusses themain meaning can bring the financing pattern, including the structure optimization ofsocial economic system, promote the development of agricultural mechanization andreduce funding costs and ease the financing difficulties in rural areas.
