The thesis describes the importance of optimization for joint venture company R&Dproject management procedure to the development of our country’s vehicle industry, andclarifies the property of the optimization and improvement of project management procedurein joint venture company. Combined with the property of vehicle electronic products R&Dprocedure, the thesis introduces the concept and feature of project management. Based onthe company strategy and management frame of C company, combined with the wheelspeedsensor R&D procedure property, the thesis provides the research pursuant to the optimizationbased on current procedure. Starting at the key of C company management procedure andthe application in wheelspeed sensor R&D project, according the specification problem inwork actuation, the thesis optimize the C company wheelspeed sensor R&D projectmanagement procedure under the instruction of DMAIC method. The QCT analyzationmethod is used to quantize the important factors of key period of procedure. Then thenecessity and possibility of the optimization is provided. At last, the optimization of the Ccompany wheelspeed sensor R&D project management procedure is carried out by riskmanagement and concurrent engineering.The optimization of wheelspeed sensor R&D management procedure is carried outaccording to the frame of DMAIC method. Firstly, the key segments are defined as theG40-70stage in quality gate of PLC management procedure; Secondly, the thesis analyzesthe influence to the quality and cost factor based on risk evaluation by QCT method,quantizes the time factor pointedly; Thirdly, according to the analysis of quantized timefactor, the concurrent engineering is used based on risk evaluation, the activity which areimportant and will influence the followed work will be brought forward, even quality gatestandard has not achieved; Fourthly, the optimized procedure is applied to improve the timeindicator in project procedure; Fifthly, the PDCA cycle method is used to check the effect ofoptimized procedure, to realize the effect actuation and continues improvement. The optimization procedure is applied in the DPCA X81C project, the effect is obviousaccording to the analysis of PDCA cycle, including:16.1%improvement in time factoroptimization; reducing the risk of products design, risk of brought-in component and moldvariation; the development period is shortened and customer satisfaction degree is increased.The project product is fulfilled the project target and market requirement simultaneously.
