The high-tech enterprises have constantly development during recent years, which hasbecome an important part of GNP in China. They have become the driving force of industrialupgrading, promoting strength of the economic development and the leading role oftechnology development for the national technology and science contribution. One of the corecompetitive advantage resources in the high-tech enterprises is their core employee. And manyhigh-tech enterprises compete for the core employee and it provides the condition for turnoverof core employee. As a result, core employee turnover has become the main threats that thehigh-tech enterprises need to confront, which restricts the enterprises survival anddevelopment.This thesis aims at the high-tech enterprises core employee turnover, treating thehigh-tech enterprises as the research object, using factor analysis and fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation and doing the research on the high-tech enterprises core employee turnover riskearly warning. It specifically includes: the relevant theoretical framework, which mainlyintroduces the High-tech enterprises, core employee and its turnover, risk early warningmechanism and other related concepts and also provides mathematical theoretical framework,like factor analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This part provides the theoreticalfoundation for the thesis. In the influence factors of core employee turnover part, firstly, theanalysis of current high-tech enterprise core employee turnover situation is carried out, whichmakes a clear understanding of the characteristics and problems. And then through thequestionnaires and on-the-spot interviews, the results are shown, then SPSS software is used todo the analysis. It recognized the influence factors of high-tech enterprise core employeeturnover and sums up the harm of the core employee turnover to the high-tech enterprise. Inthe part of the index system construction, through the analysis of the factors, the thesis createsan appropriate index system and identifies the factors of core employee turnover warning atthe same time. The fuzzy comprehensive method is used to establish a high-tech enterprisecore employee turnover risk early warning model. In the risk early warning and control part,corresponding prevention measures are adopted through analyzing the evaluation results. Inthe example analysis section, the high-tech enterprises samples are selected for the analysis of the core employee turnover risk early warning.At present, the research on the high-tech enterprise core employee turnover risk earlywarning is less. Therefore, this article can target to the high-tech enterprises in China and putforward a set of strong-applied evaluation models and early warning control managementmeasures, which can provide the reference for improving the early warning management ofhigh-tech enterprises employee turnover.
