Seeking profits is the purpose of the company, while the company’s work is done by staff, so the effectiveness and efficiency of staffs work affects the profit of a company. The staffs satisfaction will largely affect their attitude and work enthusiasm, which will ultimately influence the effectiveness and efficiency of the work. Only pay attention to and improve the staff’s satisfaction, can we fundamentally improve the staff’s work enthusiasm、stimulate their potential and ensure the company’s long-term development. Presently, more and more managers recognize that employees are their valuable fortune, so improving staff’s satisfaction becomes the main focus of the human resources development and management of the company.DZ Supervision Company is a high-notability company in supervision trade in this region. Although this corporation has developed quickly in recent years, the number of its staff increased continually, but the staff’s satisfaction is still low. In our country, the staff’s satisfaction research is still in infancy and lack more systematic studies. This thesis takes the DZ supervision company as the subject of the investigation on staff’s satisfaction. First expounded topics of the background and significance of the study, summarizes and analyzes the status of staff’s satisfaction at home and abroad.Then it expounds the meaning、relative theory and research methods of staff’s satisfaction. Follow it analyzes the conditions of DZ supervision company, the characteristics in supervision industry and the factors which affect the staff’s satisfaction, meanwhile it constructs the research model of satisfaction investigation for DZ supervision company. Finally, it carries out the satisfaction research in the company internally, and then analyzes the results of the investigation, next find out the main factors that influence the staffs satisfaction in DZ Supervision Company combined with in-depth interviews. Lastly, it puts forward a proposal of improving the satisfaction degree of the staff. This article makes DZ supervision company know the real needs of the staff comprehensively、stimulate the employees effectively、supervise the staff’s satisfaction concur through the analysis of satisfaction influencing factors、the constructing of the researching model and field investigation. Therefore, it offers help for the company in improving management and administration.
