The twenty-first Century is an era of knowledge-based economy, so people playa very important role in the enterprise and are the core resources for the long-termdevelopment of enterprises. Therefore, the training and development of humanresources in enterprises are very important. With the development of tourism industryin Qingdao, the number of high Stars Hotels is also growing, so if we want to win inthe fierce competition, enterprises must attach great importance to staff training,which decides the fate of the hotel. In order to maintain the competitiveness of thehotel, besides the hardware equipment, enterprises should pay attention to the"software"-----employee services, which needs carry out scientific and effectivetraining for employees. Although there have been staff trainings in Qingdao city StarsHotel, enterprises do not form a scientific and effective training system, whichimpedes training effects.In this paper, the theory of hotel staff training was described and the presentsituation of high Stars Hotel of Qingdao city human resources was summarized.Meanwhile, we also analyzed the main situation of Qingdao city Stars Hotel stafftraining, found out the existing problems and put forward relevant countermeasuresand suggestions.I hope this paper can provide some improvement for Qingdao city Stars Hotel onstaff training work, and attach highly importance to the training work of the hotelindustry in the entire city of Qingdao to promote the staff’s personal development andimprove the service quality and skills, which will finally enhance the hotel servicequality and economic benefits, and thus employees and hotel will achieve a win-winsituation that will boost sustainable development of the hotel industry.
