In recent years, with the development of network, globalization and economic integration, the importance of knowledge has been recognized, knowledge becomes the primary resource for organizations. All companies should know how to realize knowledge sharing and effective knowledge management, knowledge sharing becomes a hot issue of academia and the business community. Job experiences is an important personal factor, represents the knowledge, information and skills the employees gain during their career. This research focuses on the research of the relationship between job experiences and knowledge sharing. In addition, this paper will innovate a variable-organization socialization, to discuss the influence mechanism of job experiences impact on knowledge sharing more thoroughly, this research has large value for academic research and enterprise management practice.This paper mainly includes five parts:(a) Theory research about job experiences, organization socialization and knowledge sharing;(b) The measurement of job experiences, organization socialization and knowledge sharing;(c) Causality research of job experiences, organization socialization and knowledge sharing;(d)The mediating role of organization socialization between job experiences and knowledge sharing;(e) The limit and future research of this study.This study adopts research methods of literature study and questionnaire, through analysis of empirical data, we found that challenging job experiences is significantly related to knowledge sharing, organization socialization plays a partial intermediary function between challenging job experiences and knowledge sharing. This paper finds the relationship between job experiences and knowledge sharing, provides a new perspective for researching on knowledge sharing, and provides some manage recommendations to help companies implementing knowledge sharing between employees effectively.
