With the accelerating process of global industrialization, resource crisis and the consequent global warming has become a troubled problem for the governments. To control greenhouse gas emissions has become the focus of attention around the world. The industrial sector as the largest source of emissions of anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions is receiving more and more attention. Pressure forced many economic, environmental, and social resources, energy conservation has become an urgent task for manufacturing production management process must face.In order to improve the energy saving capability of manufacturing enterprises, the paper companies to optimize the management of carbon footprint for the study, and proposes to carbon footprint TOC optimization management of manufacturing companies for energy conservation.Firstly, the connotation of the carbon footprint of manufacturing enterprises have been studied from the enterprise consumes energy, materials, waste and other point of view. The paper constructs a mathematical model corporate carbon footprint to quantitative description of the different business units of carbon emissions. We analyzed the combination of the carbon footprint optimization theory and TOC in the study of the basic theory of constraints.Secondly, in order to improve the level of energy saving business departments, we propose carbon footprint TOC optimization management of manufacturing companies for energy conservation including carbon footprint management bottleneck identification, analysis and utilization bottlenecks, optimize bottlenecks, identify bottlenecks and new cycle of FFS. We constructed the manufacturing enterprise carbon footprint bottleneck identification mathematical model for enterprise units at many uncertainties to make a uniform norms and standards to quantitative measure of corporate carbon footprint management level.Thirdly, in order to analyze the impact of energy conservation degree of membership, which are personnel, equipment, materials, management, technology, environment in the production process.We construct to identify bottlenecks in the carbon footprint of the production process based on gray relational model and study the optimization based on Theory of Constraints production process carbon footprint management measures. Fourth, the paper studies based on Theory of Constraints corporate carbon footprint management system, the system’s organizational structure, management standards and norms, such as the management system model are described. In order to realize the usefulness of corporate carbon footprint TOC management and efficiency, we studied the corporate carbon footprint TOC knowledge management to optimize management methods, and design knowledge corporate carbon footprint, carbon footprint to build a corporate knowledge base structure.Finally, it verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the method by example. It optimizes the management of manufacturing enterprises carbon footprint to provide theoretical and methodological support.
