In recent years, Employee Management (EM) gradually attracts attention worldwide. In China, as the core of an enterprise, EM is playing a key role in mobilizing employee’s enthusiasm, enhancing corporate visibility and improving its competitiveness. However, from the actual development situation of L Company, its EM still has a certain problems, which brought L Company into trouble because of large number of employee’s drains. Therefore, it is significant for the study on drains of employee management of L Company and proposes solution countermeasures to enhance the company’s competitiveness strengthen team cohesion and promote the organizational development of.This paper focused on the analysis of L Company’s actual situation of employee’s drains from existing EM problems and possible reasons, and it suggested some countermeasures to improve EM of L Company. Firstly, actual situation and problems of EM of L Company were described. Secondly, combining the existing EM problems of L Company, key analysis of reasons why drains of employee happened was conducted, covering four aspects as poor awareness of employee’s value, incomplete contents of EM, ignoring internal talents training and less investment in employee’s development education. Finally, after thorough analysis of the present situation of EM problems of L Company and its reasons, countermeasures in four aspects were suggested including changing the view of employee’s value, improving EM content, paying more attention to the training of internal talent and laying stress on employee’s training and education.
