With the open of China’s financial system and more foreign banks have swarmed into Chinese market, the banks of our countries are facing unpredictable pressure. This pressure will bring structural changes to China’s human resources of banking industry and exacerbate shrink of local banking business and loss of banking talents. Under this circumstance, it is realistic to build a scientific and effective performance system to deal with employee turnover for banks to increase their competitiveness.This paper analyzes the talent resignation situation of Bank A, and analyzes the main reasons from three aspects:the reason of talent, the problem of bank and the reason of society. Then this paper proposes some measures to deal with the problem, these measures contain employee turnover management system, pay policy, employee career management and bank talent mechanism.This paper has three main individual parts. This first part is introduction, which presents the research background, significance and current situation of local&international banks, including research ideas, research contents. The second part is the turnover description, which introduces the basic background of Bank A and analyzes the employee turnover situation from four aspects:age, education background, post and direction. The third part is reason analysis and strategy introduction, which analyzes the reasons from three aspects:the reason of talent, the problem of bank and the reason of society. Then proposes main measures from four aspects:employee turnover management system, pay policy, employee career management, bank talent mechanism, and performance management.This paper helps Bank A to improve its human resource management system, also flames some exploration and innovation to promote the banking industry for a better performance evaluation level, which does have a certain significance and reference value for the public.
