With the globalization of world economy, market competition becomes more and more severe. Market competition embodied in the corporate competition, which in the final analysis, enterprise talent competition. Employee is the principal part in creating corporation’s core value and the driving force of sustainable development. Theoretical research and practical experience has proved the core of performance management in human resource management. Effective evaluation system is able to promote the growth and overall performance level of employees, improve the efficiency of the enterprise, and then achieve the organization business and strategic objective.Based on the interview with the Sino-foreign logistics enterprises TY, this paper analyzed the current condition, existing problems and the reasons of them in TY, combined with the company’s own characteristics, using of the theory of performance management and innovation, designed a set of growth-oriented staff performance evaluation system. The design of performance indicators is oriented in corporation strategy and combined the features of logistics enterprise, and based on the performance, behavior, ability and attitude to design KPI, which is employee’s growth goal, and at the same time using weight factor judgment table method to determine KPI’s weight. This growth-oriented package is a closed five steps loop system, including process design, performance management control, performance evaluation, performance feedback and performance results.The development of an enterprise is dependent on the growth and development of staff, personal growth of employees is the cornerstone of enterprise development. The competitiveness of a corporation can be improved only if employee’s performance improved. On the other hand, enterprise development also provides a platform for the growth and development of staff. Only enterprises concern and actively help employees’ personal growth can them willing to stay in the business, and combine self-fulfill with corporation’s development, devote themselves to the corporation and become the core power of enterprise’s competitiveness. This article hopes the growth performance evaluation system constantly refined and improved in practice, and enables the enterprise to take the healthy development track, which is employees continue to grow and create value, enterprise develop sustainably and enterprise and employees achieve win-win.
