The Research On The Impact Of Enterprise Social Capital,Dynamic Capabilities And Enterprise Growth

The question that how to keep the sustainable development of enterprises is notonly paid attention by the enterprises, but also the key researching point in thestrategic management field. The environment faced by the enterprises is changeableand complicated. Moreover, the competition between enterprises is becoming morefierce and fierce. Therefore, how to survive from the changeable environment andkeep sustainable development is becoming the first mission of enterprises nowadays.As an important topic in the enterprises development field, social capital ofenterprises is becoming the source of creating fortune and advantage for competition.Based on traditional enterprise growth theory, this thesis is on researching therelationship between enterprise social capital and enterprise growth through creatingrelationship model of enterprise social capital, dynamic capabilities and enterprisegrowth in the view of enterprise social capital and using dynamic capabilities asintermediary variable.Based on theory summarization, the author developed the scale which issuitable for the medium and small enterprises in China through learning fromdomestic and foreign successful scales and then by paper question investigation,which is in total216effective ones mainly carried out in Zhejiang Province, JiangsuProvince, Shanghai, etc. After that, adopt SPSS software to carry out data analysisand hypothesis testing, and the conclusions are following: Firstly, enterprise socialcapital has apparently positive influence on dynamic capabilities. Influence causedby relationship and understanding dimension of enterprise social capital to dynamiccapabilities is remarkable, while structure dimension is not. Secondly, as a kind ofspecial resource, enterprise social capital has positive influence on enterprise growth;influence caused by relationship and understanding dimension of enterprise socialcapital to enterprise growth is remarkable, while structure dimension is not. Thirdly,dynamic capabilities have positive influence to enterprise growth; influence causedby environment adapting capability, organization flexibility capability andinnovation capability is positive, while organization learning capability is not remarkable. Fourthly, dynamic capabilities play some part of mediator amongenterprise social capital.According to the aforesaid conclusions, the corresponding practice suggestionshave been put forward in this thesis. Namely, medium and small enterprises shouldemphasis on developing enterprise social capital, and at the same time, continuouslyimproving dynamic capabilities which have integration effect to enterprise socialcapital to spur the growth of enterprise.
