Research On The Relationship Among Enterprise's Social Capital, Dynamic Capabilities And Science And Technology Small And Micro Enterprise Growth

Now the complicated dynamic environment leads to the fierce competition among enterprises, and how to obtain competitive advantage and how to promote the growth of enterprises are very important. "Resource based view" and "core competence" have not been able to explain the enterprises growth for science and technology small and micro businesses.Enterprise's social capital is regarded as special resource and capability of enterprise development, and dynamic capability is the key factor to establish a lasting competitive advantage of enterprises. Based on literature review and theoretical research, this paper determines the dimensions of science and technology small and micro businesses' social capital as social network, trust and common language vision, and the dimensions of dynamic capabilities include information perception ability and resource integration ability.This paper explores the relationship among social capital of enterprises, dynamic capabilities and science and technology small and micro businesses and hands out the questionnaire for data collection. The sample is from science and technology small and micro businesses in Northeast China Small, using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 17.0 statistical analysis software and do the empirical research by descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model method. The results show that the enterprise's social capital and the dynamic capabilities of enterprises have a positive impact on enterprise growth,and the dynamic capability plays an intermediary role between enterprise's social capital and the enterprise growth. And enterprise's social capital can help the enterprise form and improve the dynamic capabilities, which influence enterprise growth indirectly. The research findings provide a theoretical foundation for science and technology small and micro businesses growth, which has the reference value to further research of enterprise growth and regional development.
