The enterprise organization is the basis of normal operation and sustainable development for it, organizational structure is always accompanied by the enterprise. However, many SME entrepreneurs due to the lack of deep understanding on the organizational structure that can bring the long-term effectiveness adjust the organizational structure in time, causing the enterprise to meet a number of business issues. For small and medium enterprises, a reasonable structure, can strongly support the development strategy of the enterprise, respond quickly to changes in external market conditions, and meet the scale of development of the enterprise and technical characteristics.K Company in this diagnosis paper belongs to a typical SME, K Company is developed by entrepreneur to seize an opportunity at that time, when adjusting the organizational structure, just reference the current business needs, its organizational structure is only a simple increase or accumulation. With the internal and external environment is getting complex, the organizational structure has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise development, has lead to a drop in sales, the weak ability for product competition, and so on.The structure of this paper is divided into three parts. The first part, the introduction, describes the diagnostic background, diagnosis goals and ideas and diagnostic significance; the second part of this paper explains the relevant theory, diagnosis model and procedure. The third, through the integrated use of various related knowledge as well as the organizational structure model, by qualitative and quantitative methods, the author diagnoses the organizational structure of K Company in detail, and with the organizational structure of score tables finds the major problems, finally raises the improved proposals.The innovations in this paper:1) The system diagnosis for the organizational structure. Based on detailed analysis of enterprise organization structure from the outside framing to the detailed content, the paper diagnoses the organization structure of an enterprise by the view of the systems. 2) Operational model for the organizational structure diagnosis. According to theory of organizational structure, contingency theory of organizational structure and PAEI, establishes a generally applicable diagnosis model of enterprise organization structure, has a certain practical value.3) Unique style of organization of individual diagnosis, In the thesis, the diagnosis of the organizational structure is further subdivided into the organizational diagnosis of individual style, but also has universal significance, to the similar organizational restructuring of SMEs provides more thinking.
