L Company Technological Innovation Project Management Research

With the changes in the international situation and the deepening of China’s economic development. Technological innovation has become an every important condition for the survival of industrial enterprises. The foundation for the development and enhances competitiveness of the source and means in China,especially when now a days the development of a company is directly affected by the capability of technological innovations.Technological innovation projects has both the general characteristics of normal projects as well as the un-characterized and un-certainty aspects of special properties that compared against traditional projects. A company technological combines with different projects, in which the study of technological innovation project management can help to improve the ability and efficiency of technological innovation.This paper is back grounded on L Corporation, it combines the progress of "The Innovative Project of L’s environmental Antifouling Paints", and performed analysis on architectural coatings industry, while using technological innovation and project management related theory to conduct systematic study, reference study, etc. Based upon a use case of coating industry R&D project management to further discuss the coating project characters and categories, and then combined the detailed deployment of L’s environmental Antifouling Paints to analyze the problem seeing during L’s tech innovation. Put forward specific control schemes of technical innovation projects in enterprises from the cost schedule,risk and quality. According to the author’s experience in technology and tools of project management, and puts forward some concrete methods to solve the problem, many face similar problems of enterprises to provide a reference.
