Research On Enterprises' Technological Innovation Ethics

With the expanding of Innovation at the dawn of the millennium, some ethical problems come up from the enterprises' technological innovation are of concern to the whole society. Boasting the good merits of innovation and getting hold of technology as a tool obstruct the enterprises' innovation. On the spurt of the evil effects originated from Enterprises' Technological Innovation, we therefore put an active research forward, trace back to the source of ethical problems, and propose some countermeasures, which thus encourage the buildup of a prosperous and harmonious society, as well as the progress of Technology &Economy.Although preliminary achievements in this domain of research have been made, the correlation between science& technology ethics and business ethics should be centered on the process of technological innovation, which will be discussed systematically in this paper.The technological innovation-ethics paradigm is reviewed first. Based on this, a system of the ethical values of Enterprises' Technological Innovation has been formed after discussing the corresponding ethical values. The ethical aspects of the strategic decision, operating process, and organization network of Enterprises' Technological Innovation are analyzed, as well as the ethicalization of Enterprises' Technological Innovation. Portfolio of evaluation on organizationally-inside& outside ethicalization is proposed, which opens up a tentative research on technological innovation based on ethics. Finally, the suggestions for how to carry out and ensure the exercise of ethicalization are put forward.
