Analysis of the company’s strategicobjectives and job responsibilities will be assigned to form a completion targetmanagement system. Exported to assessment indicators, key indicators of work behaviorand the results of middle managers would be selected. And change the past to focus onlyon performance appraisal, while ignoring other aspects of system, increasing theperformance aspects of the interview and performance feedback to construct a closed loop.Among the optimization of middle management performance system will be used as amanagement tool to help them improve capacity development and improve enterprisedevelopment, stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of their work to promote theachievement of organizational objectives, and promote steady improvement in corporateperformance. |
