Establishment And Implement On Development Strategy Of GEM Company Under MG Environment

With the main topic, the establishment and operation of development strategy in GEM, INC. this thesis reviewed the effect of "Bolt" strategy construction and operation.In2010,40teams joined the MG lesson, GEM, as one of them, also experienced the3years operation, from the beginning profit low to the final profit much, got the satisfied running results. by this thesis, review the strategy analysis, strategy construction, strategy actions in3years, and hope it could be helpful to the China MBA students who would like to join this MG lessons in future; then hope those results from the virtual operation could enlighten the actual company operation.Chapter1mainly introduces the background of this thesis and the theory frame and contents used. Chapter4, introduce the GEM2010-2012development strategy, including target, development chosen theory and the "Bolt" strategy. Chapter5, introduce GEM2010-2012development strategy operation running status, and briefly introduce the decision-making model-during the GEM strategy operation running. Chapter6, introduces GEM2010-2012development strategy assessment and adjustment. Chapter7, summary the whole thesis, meanwhile gives some feelings and suggestions to MG lessons.
