In nowadays, socio-economic develops very fast. Environmental problems have attracted more attention. In order to balance socio-economic development and environment protection, foreign scholars have brought forward reverse logistic and closed-loop supply chain theory. Practice shows that these theories can actually bring economic interests to some enterprises. The remanufacture of recycling products is a typical reverse logistics management activity, which can effectively use the remaining effect in waste products. The uncertainty in recycling of waste products is an important part of closed-loop supply chain, which can effectively effect remanufacture profit. This article based on the reality, uses the mathematical model type and quantitative analysis method to study manufacturing/remanufacturing hybrid System of production problems under the recovery of the reverse logistics under uncertain environment, analyzed the company’s two period decisions of new products and product output.The main works of this paper are as follows:The reverse logistics, consumer utility, and manufacturing/remanufacturing hybrid system into the production decision and other issues are reviewed, and points out the shortcomings in theoretical research. Basing on this, this paper finds the opportunity and the meaning to study the Manufacture/Remanufacture product system production issue considering the Uncertainty of Recycle.Established unit remanufacturing costs function under recycling uncertain of product quality, and then effectively describe the impact of this uncertainty on remanufacturing production.Analysis relationships between the recovery of product quality, recovery rate, re-manufacturing costs, product yield and the total receipts of two period production. Use production output of each period for decision-making capacity, established the total revenue maximization model of two period. Use utilization optimization and two-step optimization methods, resolve the decision of the optimal product yield, and the critical condition of these different decision-making. Finally, through sensitivity analysis and numerical analysis of the environment variables’impact on the optimal production strategy, this paper provides a number of management reference Recommendations on enterprise operation.In this paper, the Manufacture/Remanufacture product system production issue considering the Uncertainty of Recycle was studied. In the end, the paper mentions several future research directions.
