The Research Of Bertrand Competition Between Manufacturer And Remanufacturer Based On The Recovery System

End-Of-Life products recovery is an important way for the circular economy and the sustainable development. New products and the remanufactured products are differentit ,and can substitute for each other, so,the manufacturer is engaged in the Bertrand price competition with the remanufacturer to compete for the customer in the same market. None of the enterprises will invest in remanufacturing if the project can't increase the profit of the enterprise. What's more, The realization of the remanufacturing plan is also regirse by the environmental protection awareness of the community. For these reasons, making efforts to find out how to encourage the enterprises to use the waste products for remanufacturing is necessary.This paper firstly explains the related theories of remanufacturing, reverse Logistics and recovery system. and then established a two-stage model and got the model solution from the aspect of Bertrand price competition mechanism of the manufacturer / remanufacturer by the method of game theory. It concluded that the recycling cost played an important role in the profits and prices based on remanufacturing. It is the reason we research the recycling system. It pointed the self-recovery system (SRS) from the aspect of the Extended Producer Responsibility(EPR), and pointed the third-party professional recovery system (TPRS) from the aspect of the specialization and reverse logistics development. Base on equilibrium solution and the numerical analysis of the two recovery system under of Bertrand price competition mechanism, it concluded that manufacturer and remanufacturer can achieve higher profit based on the TPRS when the product recycling is implemented by force. And then this article established the manufacturer and remanufacturers'Bertrand price competition model by introduce asymmetric information under the one price equilibrium mechanism. It studied the government's incentive behaviors based on the study of the influence factors of remanufacture from the aspect of the customer valuation. Because of the utilization of the Input-Output Lifecycle Analysis,the direct and indirect environmental impact of the product recovery can be easily worked out. This paper measures the economic and environmental benefits of the product recovery and remanufacturing from a macro point, and then come to the comprehensive benefits of remanufacturing. we can see from the comprehensive benefits of the remanufacturing that it have great economic and social benefits. According to the government's goal to maximize social welfare,this pape summed up the government work of various incentivesThe paper supply the orientation and way for the enterprises which want to implement green production and enhance it's competitiveness. It also give some suggestion to the government about what the policy is great need to encourage the recycling of waste products, and the suggestion may have vital function for sustainable development of the country.
