With the continuous development of China’s lighting industry has been considerable development. Domestic lighting manufacturer specializing in the production number of rapid growth, increasing demand for lighting equipment, lighting, increasing the range of products rich in basic domestic form a virtuous cycle in the market. Meanwhile, in China’s lighting market, some well-known companies also play an important role, they are not only representative of the advanced product technology, and occupies a larger domestic market share, further exacerbating the domestic lighting products in the market. In the increasingly fierce market competition, lighting manufacturers in the ownership of the development opportunities, is facing more competition to bring the survival and development challenges. To this end, lighting manufacturers in strengthening basic research and development technology, improve product quality, develop and enhance their core competitiveness is also important to understand and correct use of scientific methods of market analysis and marketing strategy.This paper studies the business environment in China’s lighting market and major competitors, channel conditions, analysis of HL’s China market development status and channel operation, and channel improvements with some of the theories and success stories, try to find the Chinese market and the company of HL made more effective channel operation system and management practices in order to effectively respond to environmental threats and challenges from our competitors, market opportunities and achieve growth in the company’s marketing performance.
