The paper discusses the employment situation of special graduates, undergraduates, and master’s graduates. While this paper makes some compares of youth employment between our country and the world from a view of global point. Then the paper makes some analyzes of the factors that affect youth employment, including macroeconomic and micro-economic factors. This paper focuses on describing and testing the selected samples and making Logistic regression analysis on the sample data.
