This article from the perspective of the insured, the insured satisfaction with health insurance for perspective, in the assessment of satisfaction to think of while understanding the operation of health insurance and basic medical insurance for urban workers found the problems.This study references and research results at home and abroad, with the current situation in Hefei basic medical insurance for urban workers, policy linkages, develop a scientific survey questionnaire to statistical indicators satisfaction levels. Meanwhile analysis by a combination of qualitative and quantitative, to explore factors affecting insured satisfaction. After the results of the questionnaire were analyzed, we can see that the overall satisfaction level of Hefei, basic medical insurance for urban workers, who are not pessimistic, in addition to the expense items insured, doctors outside the insurance policies are not satisfied with the degree of understanding and not much negativity. Educational level of the insured, occupation and monthly household income on overall satisfaction there is a significant impact. Regression analysis shows that satisfaction of health insurance policy, the existence of a causal relationship between hospitals satisfaction overall satisfaction with the insured insured, and no causal relationship with agencies satisfaction. Between self-financed items insured, drug directories, reimbursement, payment policies and personal physician satisfaction and overall satisfaction with the health insurance policy for a degree there is a causal relationship. For the results of statistical analysis, this study proposes to improve the basic medical insurance for urban workers, staff satisfaction policy recommendations.
