With the prosperity of the real estate industry of China in recent years, themajority of the GDP has gone into the industrial chain. But with the eighteenthNational Congress of Communist Party said that to change the want of governmentland financial way and while more and more attention has been paid to the huge profitof the industry and harsher policies have been tied on the enterprises. Therefore, theenterprises need to make the change to accommodate with the new policies. Biggercompanies can take advantages of the abundant resources to gain a rather bigger partof the market cake. Nowadays when knowledge and human resources have become thecore factor of competing, the knowledge staff becomes the key to break the bottleneckof development of real estate enterprises and the contribution made by theknowledgeable clients to the companies will be magnified by the employers more andmore. But in the current, real estate enterprises exist deficiencies situation ofknowledge employee incentive so that to explore the real estate enterprise is animportant practical significance to strengthen the construction of the incentivemechanism of knowledge workers.This article chooses Changsha Kaitong Corporation as the studied object andanalyzes the motivation system in coordination with the corporation’s owncharacteristics. First, the essay describes the main situation of the organizing structureof the company and through the survey, makes a brief view of the human resourcesituation. Then, it gives a general description of the distribution of the knowledgeableclients and discusses their demands from the two aspects of spirit and careerdevelopment. Above all, the essay establishes the system of the analyzing method bywhich knowledgeable clients are defined and designs a stimulating system for theclients in each part of the working line. Finally established three incentive motivationof knowledge workers of using incentive, spiritual incentive and personal motivation.This Paper takes the aim of discussing the knowledgeable clients in companieswhich will take important roles in the future. It gives the stimulating methodconcerning of their own demands and works out a stimulating system to finally solvethe problems in company and at the same time, the research is also meaningful forother companies in the real-estate industry.
