With the rapid growth of e-commerce market, the competition among enterprises is focused not only between the products, but also mainly about the business model. Good business model can help enterprises to attract customers and retain them, by attracting investors to create the largest profit for the enterprises. Soon King International is one of the core industry which are committed to build a service economy in Yiyang ecosystem core industries. Its Soon King Technology mainly create electronic commerce ecosystem to provide technical support and product development. The Soon King Technology’s interface software of "Chailv Tong" technology is the only standard protocol interface software in China’s company travel field at the present time. And it will create new digital value through changing entire business model.Based on the review of business model and some relevant theories, the paper makes detailed analyses about the background of Soon King Technology, main platform, operation condition and the present problems of the enterprise. It also gives the strategic objectives of Soon King Technology’s business model innovation, and summarizes its advantages and disadvantages by cpmpare with other electricity companies (such as Xiecheng) e-commerce model for comparative analysis. Combining with the nine modules canvas figure on e-commerce, it mainly expounds the business model innovation of Soon King Technology about following three aspects:important partners, access channels and source of income. Finally, on the basis of the results of the analysis, the paper gives the Soon King Technology e-commerce business model innovation of science and technology plan and four security functions (functional protection, service assurance, safeguards and institutional guarantee) from the human resources, customer relations, transactions, process specifications and update technical perspective. It predicts that the Soon King Technology’s business model innovation will increase sales for the company, reduce transaction costs, improve the corporate image and popularity, and gradually improve customer loyalty.This research theoretically and systematically combs the business model of Soon King Technology to realize the shortcomings at present and find the direction of improvement in the future. The proposed program for e-commerce model innovation of "Chailv Tong" provides a significant guidance to design appropriate development policy and improve the profitability.
