With the sustained development of China’s market economy and the deepening ofreform and opening up, the enterprise operators pay more attention to the performancemanagement. Performance management methods must be used efficiently in orderto realize the sustainable development of enterprises. the Balanced Scorecard performancemanagement method is the most widely used method for performance management ofwestern developed countries. Department performance management in enterpriseperformance management is in a connecting link between the preceding and plays thecore supporting role, which is the intermediate forces link between enterprisedevelopment strategy and job objectives, what needs to pay more attention on inthe enterprise performance management practice. Therefore, this paper do someresearch and analysis about the department performance management based on anaircraft manufacturing enterprise.The main contents are followed:(1)Adopting the form of questionnaire survey, analysis the current situation andthe main problems of performance management of this company, proposes aconstruction method of department performance management system, designs thebetter process of department performance management.(2)Using the IBSC (Integrated balance score card),designs the department keyperformance indicators system, makes the plan of department performance. designs ofdepartment performance evaluation results of calculation methods, Performancefeedback and objection disposal process, supporting system of Departmentperformance management system.(3) The design of department performance management system was implemented,commissioning verifies the feasibility of the system.This paper researches the performance management system of this company, whichis positively helpful for the Strategic landing and obtain sustainable development. Ithas valuable reference in the Balanced Scorecard Application on department performancemanagement.
